Interaction Attendant allows relatively easy creation of call flows including everything from scheduling to data dips and queue logic.

Over the past few years, Interactive Intelligence has slowly been expanding its capabilities with new operation types. One of my favorites is the Selection that basically allows a bunch of Logical Transfers (and more) within a single node and its children.

But the one I’d like to focus on here is the Play Info node. This node expands on the capabilities of the Play Audio node to build a complex set of sequential play operations of different types. These might be .wav files, or formatted strings such as a date, phone number, monetary value, etc. This greatly reduces the number of nodes that would be required for an Attendant-based self-service application.
