Over the past year and a half, I have enjoyed partnering with eMite to bring real-time interactive data analytics to the Genesys PureCloud and PureConnect solutions. Both of these products include the ability to run reports against their databases, but neither provide a native data analytics engine. eMite allows users to slice and dice the data in useful ways with just a few clicks and to begin correlating contact center data with data from other systems to produce metrics that can help a business to make informed decisions.

With the recent popularity of gamification and visually appealing data representations, I decided to see if I could use eMite to style an interface after one of the most iconic computer displays of the 20th (or is it the 24th?) century: the LCARS interface from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

The result is a visually compelling interface that demonstrates how eMite can display meaningful data and look good doing it. So what are you waiting for? What would you like your Contact Center Dashboard to look like?
